2 large apples (Honeycrisp or Fuji)
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt
½ cup Artisanal Seed Granola
(Optional) Vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cut each apple into 12 - 16 slices, depending on your desired thickness.
